The factoring company releases a significant amount (usually 75-90%) in advance. After your customers have cleared the invoices, you will receive the remaining amount from the reserve account, which would be \u00a39,000 (\u00a310,000 in reserve minus the \u00a31,000 fee).<\/p><p>In total, you received \u00a349,000 from your original \u00a350,000 invoice.
